Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader in Flower Mound to supervise daily operations and coach a hands-on team across the car wash. This role blends action with leadership, train staff, and ensure smooth shift execution while delivering excellent guest service.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour plus biweekly tips. No car wash experience required—paid training and opportunities for advancement are offered in a fast-growing company with a team-first culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Leadership, retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable outdoors and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
