Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time role in Texas. The position offers $15–$17/hour plus biweekly tips and paid training. You will lead daily shift operations, supervise staff, and ensure top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

No car wash experience is required as paid training is provided. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities for growth and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Evenings and weekends availability.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
