Job summary

Popeyes is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach the team, and ensure guest satisfaction with top-quality service and food. You’ll role-model performance and keep the store running smoothly.

You will supervise staff, handle scheduling, train and develop teammates, manage cash handling and inventory, and maintain safety and cleanliness while delivering a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision.
