Popeyes is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and ensure guests receive top-tier service and great Louisiana-inspired food. You’ll oversee shifts, drive performance, and foster a positive, high-energy work environment across the team.

In this role you’ll manage scheduling, cash handling, and inventory while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with cash handling and inventory control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations during shift.
