Responsibilities include supervising shifts, training team members, managing cash/inventory, and coordinating schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced restaurant or retail setting.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift.
