Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for our Hardee’s locations. You will supervise shifts, train crew, and ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.

You will lead by example, manage labor costs, control inventory, and handle cash procedures while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Lead pre-shift meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and deposits handled properly.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and security policies.
