Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Lead, recognize, and train talent with 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Consistent and reliable; cheerful and positive.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss procedures and promotions.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Responsible for cash handling and ensuring cash procedures are followed.
• Ensure professional appearance and adherence to policies.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. professionally at all times.
