RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused team and drive store performance. You will model a cheerful attitude, coach teammates, and ensure food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling meet RaceTrac standards.

You will also oversee inventory, promotions, and write-outs while maintaining safety and cleanliness, delivering strong guest experiences across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
