RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead daily store operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and performance execution. You will motivate and coach associates, manage cash handling, inventory, and cleanliness, and ensure safety standards are met on every shift.

In this fast-paced, people-first environment, you’ll develop future leaders while maintaining race-ready standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• Strong leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Comfort in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on each shift with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Coach team members in real‑time and provide guidance during shifts.
• Ensure guest concerns are addressed with empathy and professionalism.
• Oversee store processes: inventory, cash handling, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
