Qualifications

• 2+ years of related leadership experience at a similar caliber concept.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
• Takes and gives direction well under pressure with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, control labor, and manage cost of goods to ensure profitability.
• Oversee preparation and service of all food and beverage items, meeting recipes and quality standards.
• Manage daily shift schedules and clock in/out times based on volumes.
• Handle ordering, monthly inventory, and stock levels for food, equipment, and supplies.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members with the GM.
• Engage with guests, address complaints with solutions, and promote catering.
• Monitor financial reporting tools and apply discounts/promotions.
• Lead with a guest-first mindset and foster a positive, productive environment.
