NAYA - 75 Wall is hiring a Shift Leader in New York, NY. You’ll lead the team to deliver great service, manage daily operations, and ensure food and beverage quality while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience at a similar caliber restaurant or concept.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and flexible with shift schedules.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to run an efficient operation and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee preparation and service of all food and beverage items to meet recipes and standards.
• Manage daily shift schedules, clock-in/out, and adjust staffing based on sales.
• Conduct ordering, inventory, and control stock levels for food, equipment, and supplies.
• Review time punches and ensure cash handling and reconciliations are accurate.
• Complete administrative tasks and maintain records and guest incident logs.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members with the General Manager.
• Foster a guest-first culture and resolve issues promptly.
