NAYA is hiring a Shift Leader in New York, NY to guide team members, ensure excellent guest service, and uphold standards across operations. This role reports to the General Manager and requires strong leadership, communication, and a guest-first mindset.

You will lead by example, coach staff, and manage daily activities including shift scheduling, inventory, and client relations while promoting NAYA’s values and community focus.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of related leadership experience at a similar caliber concept
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be proficient in English (spoken and written) to perform essential job duties.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
• Takes and gives direction well and is able to perform the essential job functions under pressure while maintaining professionalism

Aufgaben

• Lead the team in running an efficient operation and delivering excellent customer service.
• Assist with day-to-day store operations and maintain high store standards.
• Manage daily shift schedules and adjust based on sales volumes.
• Oversee ordering, monthly inventory, and control stock levels for food, equipment, and supplies.
• Review time punches and ensure proper clock in/out times; manage cash and receipts.
• Complete administrative tasks such as guest incidents and log communications.
