Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for one of its Taco Bell franchise locations in Arkansas. You will help run daily shifts, support the Restaurant General Manager, and ensure smooth operations with a self-sufficient approach.

The role emphasizes ownership, problem solving, and guidance to team members. If you are 18+ with supervisory experience in food service or retail and strong math/analytical skills, this position offers growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making ability
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 80% of shift

• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time

• Must have reliable transportation
