Taco Bell franchisee is seeking a Shift Leader in New York to support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. You will take ownership, solve problems, and guide teammates as needed on busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Able to stand/walk up to 80% of shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
