Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts with minimal supervision. You will take ownership, solve problems, and guide team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.

This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and the ability to manage shifting duties, with a close eye on efficiency and guest satisfaction. A competitive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with analytical decision making.
• Able to walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stand for 80% of shift.
• Background checks are required for management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
