Qualifications

• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed.
• Coach and train Team Members on role responsibilities and product knowledge.
• Perform store operations including bank deposits, inventory, and orders.
• Communicate effectively on the floor and delegate tasks as needed.
