Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction with a focus on Make Fun Happen.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are executed consistently.
• Coach and develop Team Members and provide timely feedback.
• Handle administrative tasks such as deposits, inventory, store product orders, and related duties as assigned.
• Foster an inclusive, energetic store culture and model Caribou Coffee values.
