Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Ability and willingness to obtain a Food Handler's Card or equivalent certifications.
• ServeSafe certified or able to complete course and pass test.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Promote sales using suggestive selling techniques.
• Prepare food per guidelines; ensure correct time and temperatures; monitor inventory and pricing.
• Ensure store equipment, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.
• Train and supervise staff; manage weekly labor schedules and budgets.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team.
