Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards to provide a safe environment for both customers and employees.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
