Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly managing crew and other managers to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Meet targets for shifts and support departments to achieve goals.
