Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Help meet targets while maintaining quality, service and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
