Jersey Mike's is seeking a Shift Leader in Redmond, WA to guide day-to-day restaurant operations and foster an environment where customers and team members thrive. You will model leadership, deliver the Sub Above guest experience, and support training and daily operations.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant or service experience, leadership potential, and a positive, coaching mindset in a fast-paced setting. This on-site role offers growth and teamwork opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in restaurant or service industry required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Willing to coach and develop others.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team during assigned shifts by setting the example through positive leadership and exceptional customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience while ensuring every customer receives a "Sub Above" experience.
• Prepare fresh subs and ensure food is made to Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate Crew Members throughout each shift.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant environment.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage shift execution, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Assist with inventory, product rotation, and minimizing food waste.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations.
