Job summary

Gelati Celesti Ice Cream is seeking a Shift Leader to run store operations when the Assistant Manager or General Manager is not present. You will lead the team with a positive attitude, focus on product quality, strong leadership, and superb customer service, delivering a moment of joy to every customer.

This year-round role offers both full-time and part-time options. Prior leadership experience in retail is preferred, and opening/closing availability plus reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management or leadership experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Year-round availability required — this is not a seasonal position.
• Must have opening AND closing availability, including daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations during each shift and support the team.
• Model and reinforce our culture, provide in-the-moment feedback, and keep the team informed.
• Order product and maintain accurate inventory.
• Enforce food safety regulations and health standards in a clean, organized work area.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns with care.
