Qualifications

• 1 year of management or leadership experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Year-round availability required — this is not a seasonal position.
• Must have opening AND closing availability, including daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, with constant moving, bending, lifting, reaching, and turning during all shifts.
• Ability to reach and grasp with hands; talk and hear from far away and in close proximity; taste and smell.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch; lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating, and supporting your team during each shift.
• Modeling and communicating our culture: setting a positive tone, giving in-the-moment feedback, and keeping the team informed and engaged.
• Ordering product and maintaining accurate inventory.
• Enforcing food safety regulations and health standards in a clean, organized work area.
