Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Dothan, AL is seeking Shift Leaders for Customer Service/FOH and Kitchen/BOH. You will lead a shift of 8–15 teammates and supervise opening and closing to drive restaurant excellence.

You will coach and develop your team, set priorities, and communicate clearly in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, embodying care and the Chick-fil-A brand. The position offers 30–45 hours per week with morning or closing shifts; Sunday closures and scheduling flexibility are included.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of previous leadership experience required with measurable results.
• Previous coaching, customer service, project management, or production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of 8–15 Team Members and supervise opening/closing.
• Drive excellence in Overall Satisfaction, Speed of Service, Order Accuracy, Food Safety, and costs.
• Foster a culture of care and pursue growth and leadership from within.
