Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader to support senior leadership in daily operations and coach team members. You will help run a high-volume restaurant, maintain service standards, and lead by example with a servant-hearted, values-driven approach.

You will open/close shifts, supervise team performance, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while promoting a collaborative, growth-focused workplace.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Provide immediate and respectful responses to guests' needs.
• Assist in training new hires; set the tone for shifts and be a role model.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Open and/or close; lead shifts; act as key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize day.
• Exhibit excellent written and spoken communication.
