You will manage scheduling, training, and development, support goals for food and labor costs, uphold food safety standards, and foster a positive, high-energy work culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays and variable hours.
• Stand up to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs, and meet physical demands.
• Experience coaching or leading teams and strong customer service.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain during training).

Responsibilities

• Lead shift management to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach, train, and motivate Family Members to develop skills and confidence.
• Support goals related to food cost, labor cost, and sales performance.
• Uphold food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and compliance requirements.
• Foster teamwork, communication, accountability, and a positive work culture.
• Prepare and transition shift operations to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
