Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Rochester, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to guide store operations in partnership with the General Manager or Assistant GM. You will ensure the team understands goals, standards, and guest connections during each shift and model the Core Values in daily actions.

You will coach Team Members, manage daily tasks, monitor product quality and cleanliness, train staff on promotions, and handle administrative duties such as deposits and inventory.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.

• Coach and develop team, ensure SOPs and quality standards.
