Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on brand standards, guest connections, and cleanliness
• Direct the team to maintain energy, engagement, and smooth shift execution
• Optimize product sales while managing waste and maintaining a welcoming environment
• Communicate deployment and roles on the floor to keep the shift moving
• Delegate tasks based on shift priorities and ensure proper hand-offs to the next shift
• Own the on-duty decision making and uphold cash handling, safety, and SOPs
• Coach and train team members on responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions
• Complete administrative tasks with integrity, including deposits, inventory, and orders
