Job summary

Caribou Coffee is hiring a Shift Leader to guide a coffeehouse team under the direction of the General Manager or Assistant GM. You will ensure brand standards, smooth shift execution, and strong guest connections while delivering exceptional service.

You will lead with energy, coach staff, manage operations, and maintain safety and quality standards. This role requires at least 6 months in a leadership capacity, flexible availability, and a willingness to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience or training to handle Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Must maintain flexible availability for scheduling changes as business needs shift.
• Applicant must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and maintain brand standards and guest connections.
• Manage operations to optimize sales while controlling waste and maintaining a clean environment.
• Communicate deployment plans and delegate tasks to ensure a smooth shift flow.
• Coach team members on responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions in real time.
• Handle administrative tasks including deposits, inventory, and product orders.
