Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a management or leadership role or related training.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Willingness to learn and promote ABC policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in training; open/close store with leadership support.
• Greet Guests and provide prompt, friendly service throughout their visit.
• Operate POS, handle cash, tender forms, and reconcile at shift end.
• Train and coach sales staff to maintain high customer service standards.
