Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily restaurant shifts with a focus on hospitality, cleanliness, and safety. You will supervise Team Members, implement training standards, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining food safety and speed standards.

Expect to mentor and coach Managers, coordinate opening/closing procedures, and participate in team and operator meetings to uphold the brand's community-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Must have prior management experience.
• Must be available to lead at least 3 days per week, including a Saturday shift.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts by executing shift leadership system and ensure Team Members follow Training Guides.
• Ensure Training systems are executed properly; be willing to train when needed.
• Coach Assistant Managers to lead shifts that follow the shift leadership system.
• Ensure all Shift Checklists and Team Member Position Cards are complete every shift.
• Ensure the safety of our food, Restaurant, information, and Team.
• Complete the SAFE Daily Critical assessment twice per day (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm).
• Participate in the Checkpoint system.
• Count cash drawers and security items accurately.
• Perform opening and closing administration duties.
• Serve Customers and the Business by answering the phone.
• Take catering orders over the phone or in person.
• Engage in all Team/Manager Meetings and development opportunities.
• Ensure all Direct Reports are in proper attire.
