• Supervise daily operations across Front Counter, Drive-Thru, and Kitchen.
• Lead onboarding and scheduling to meet shift demands.
• Ensure guest hospitality and resolve concerns with HEARD model.
• Maintain checklists for opening/closing and clean standards.
• Communicate needs to Directors and coordinate with locations.
