Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader to support daily operations and coach team members in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment. You will help run shifts, model respectful service, and ensure smooth service during busy periods.

You will lead by example, communicate effectively with guests and staff, and contribute to a positive, people-focused culture. Experience leading teams is helpful, and Sundays are typically closed at Chick-fil-A restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily restaurant operations and shift coverage.
• Provide immediate, respectful responses to guest needs.
• Help train new hires and set a positive shift tone.
• Lead by example and encourage teamwork and guest service.
• Open or close, count drawers, and wrap up day operations.
