JRI Hospitality Management, Inc. is seeking an Hourly Manager to lead restaurant shifts, coach team members, and ensure exceptional hospitality and high-quality, made-to-order menu items.

You will help manage daily operations, labor costs, and food quality, while building relationships with guests and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Availability across days, nights, and weekends is required.

Formación

• Must have restaurant experience and hospitality focus.
• Strong communications skills are essential.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members for success.
• Willing to work a variety of hours including days, nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades
