JRI Hospitality is seeking an Hourly Manager for one of its restaurants. As part of the Management Team, you will coach and develop team members, help lead daily operations, and ensure fast, friendly service with strong hospitality and cleanliness.

You will recruit, mentor staff, manage labor and food costs, and help sustain a culture where guests are delighted and employees enjoy coming to work. Shift coverage includes days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills.
• Able to work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.
