Job summary

JRI Hospitality is seeking an Hourly Manager to lead restaurant teams and deliver made-to-order menu items with a focus on hospitality and efficiency. You’ll help manage daily operations, supervise teammates, and ensure high standards of service and cleanliness during your shifts.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant or hospitality experience, strong communication, and a customer-first attitude. This role offers growth opportunities within a casual, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality experience.
• A hospitality focus and strong communications skills.
• Ability to help build a team, then mentor team members for success.
• Able to learn new skills, self-starting personality, maintain professional appearance and manners.
• Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant during shifts, coaching and developing team members for overall success.
• Assist management with daily operations, including labor and food cost control.
• Build relationships with guests through hospitality and service excellence.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Support recruiting and retention by recognizing performance and coaching opportunities.
