JRI Hospitality is hiring an Hourly Manager to lead restaurant teams in delivering fast, friendly service with high quality food. You will coach staff, manage shifts, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while driving guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality experience.
• Strong communications skills.
• Ability to help build a team, then mentor team members for success.
• Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights and weekends.
• Experience in operations, management, inventory, scheduling & guest relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team during shifts to ensure smooth service.
• Oversee daily operations including labor and food cost control.
• Maintain hospitality standards, safety & cleanliness, guest relations.
• Recruit, train and retain coworkers; recognize great performance.
