Job summary

JRI Hospitality is seeking an Hourly Manager to join our restaurant team. You will help lead daily operations, coach team members, and ensure fast, high-quality, made-to-order service while maintaining hospitality and safety standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and opportunities for growth within the company. Applicants must be 18+, have prior restaurant/hospitality experience, and be available to work days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality experience.
• A hospitality focus and strong communications skills.
• Ability to help build a team, then mentor team members for success.
• Able to learn new skills, self-starting personality, maintain professional appearance and manners.
• Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant during shifts, coaching and developing team members to ensure a smooth, fast and hospitable operation.
• Assist management with daily operations, including leadership, labor and food cost control, and guest relations.
• Recruit and retain key team members by recognizing outstanding performance and providing coaching opportunities.
• Set the tone for hospitality and quality, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Partner with the management team to deliver consistent guest experiences and high-quality, made-to-order items.
