Job summary

Shake Shack is hiring a restaurant leader to manage service flow, direct a team of hourly members, and uphold safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed across shifts. You’ll help build a high-performing team, assist with purchasing and inventory, and participate in interviews to support employee relations in a fast-growing hospitality brand.

Starting Hourly Rate ranges from $24.00 to $28.00, with weekly pay and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, paid time

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
• Strong problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
