Heine Brothers is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead on the floor with energy, excellence, and hospitality. You will support the General Manager, coach staff, and model the company’s core values in every guest interaction.

You’ll oversee daily operations, manage inventory and store logs, and drive flawless guest experiences during peak hours, weekends included. This role requires at least 30 hours per week and a commitment to a positive, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• On-shift leadership and problem-solving responsibilities.
• Minimum 30 hours per week with required Saturday/Sunday availability.
• Ability to manage store ordering and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Run tight shifts that are efficient & fun.
• Set the bar for outstanding guest service & experience.
• Ensure every product meets our standards.
• Maintain inviting store environment with brand consistency.
• Place accurate and timely store orders weekly.
• Conduct daily store walks and weekly preventative maintenance.
• Lead the floor with the 4Gs of Hospitality and quality drinks.
• Complete ASM Weekly Checklist/Same Page Prep.
• Provide real-time coaching and foster teamwork and hospitality.
• Lead inventory counts and cost control.
