Job summary

Dairy Queen in Spencer, MA is seeking an experienced Shift Leader to run a high-volume restaurant with attention to detail and a focus on creating positive memories for every Fan. This role supports the GM in operations, inventory, and people management across daily shifts.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership in quick-service, a ServSafe certifiable background, and a commitment to hospitality, quality, and teamwork. Training and flexible scheduling are provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation during scheduled shifts and control inventory and cash.
• Train shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems, recipes, and safety practices.
• Assist GM with business planning, react to P&L impacts, and adjust labor and inventory.
• Ensure fan service standards and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance feedback for staff.
• Maintain health and safety standards and sanitation procedures.
• Contribute to store marketing activities and local promotions.
• Perform duties under pressure in a high-volume environment.
