Super Star Car Wash in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, ensure safety and guest satisfaction, and drive service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

As Manager-on-Duty you will coach and develop the team, manage staffing and workflow, and uphold brand standards across the site. Competitive pay between $18.25 and $19.25 per hour plus benefits and a clear path into operations leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Energy, adaptability, and a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations: Own daily shift execution, staffing, safety, and service standards.
• Coach and Develop Teams: Lead, coach, and hold team members to operational standards; support training.
• Uphold Safety & Brand Standards: Model values, address safety risks, ensure brand and cleanliness.
• Rotational Leadership Focus Areas: Rotate through People & Staffing, Sales & Training, Operations & Tunnel leadership.
