Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee store operations with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. You will guide the team to meet goals and maintain cleanliness, product knowledge, and guest connections during the shift.

You will coach Team Members, manage daily tasks, ensure SOP adherence, and promote the brand values while supporting a positive, energetic store environment in Chanhassen.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOP and quality standards are followed.
• Coach and develop Team Members on their roles and growth.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned (bank deposits, inventory, store product orders).
• Maintain total store vision and responsible for on-shift priorities.
