Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Osseo, MN is hiring a Shift Leader to guide the store in partnership with the General Manager. You will ensure clear goals, promote guest connections, and maintain product quality and cleanliness on your shift.

You will lead team engagement, coach Team Members, manage SOP compliance, and handle on-shift administrative tasks while fostering a positive, inclusive culture and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed.
• Coach and train Team Members on roles and product knowledge.
• Handle on-shift administration such as deposits and inventory.
• Own shift execution and communicate priorities clearly.
