Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store operations and a team of associates. You will respond to customer needs, uphold service standards, and ensure a clean, well-maintained facility.

The ideal candidate has experience in retail, strong customer service, proficient with calculators and computers, and can work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Pay rates start at $14.16–$20.58 per hour.

Qualifications

• Retail operations experience or working knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Proficient with calculator, computer and standard equipment.
• Able to work with diverse teams and levels of staff.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Background check required.
