Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise staff and manage daily store operations. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding customer service and support managers in maintaining high standards across the facility.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays, with pay starting between $14.16 and $20.58 per hour. Experience in retail operations and strong teamwork are essential to ensure a smooth guest experience at our locations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail operations is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and a customer-focused mindset are required.
• Must be proficient with a calculator and computer systems.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and interact with colleagues at all levels.
• Must be able to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Background check is required.
