Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store staff and daily operations while delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and ready to assist managers to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays. Pay starts between $14.95 and $22.22 per hour with benefits including a nationwide medical plan, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the store.
• Respond to customer needs with excellent service and maintain PFJ's quality standards.
• Assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.
