Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store operations and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, respond to guest needs, and support managers to keep facilities clean, stocked, and running smoothly.

This role requires flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays; strong math and computer skills; and a background check. Start pay ranges from $13.44 to $19.49 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits that include

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.
