Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store operations and lead guest services. You will deliver excellent customer service, assist managers, and keep daily tasks running smoothly in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, teamwork, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Pay starts between $17.20 and $25.55 per hour, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail operations or guest services preferred.
• Incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Proficient with a calculator, computer and other equipment used in store operations.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly staff, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Background check required.
